America Joins Nations led by the Insane

Who would have guessed our country would be led by radicals so blinded by hatred of the practice of government constrained by the constitution that today we rank among nations such as Libya, Iran, North Korea and Venezuela with leaders who have displayed leadership so incompetent that sanity becomes questioned?
One of the latest of such perceived insanities is this administration’s failure to come through on a champagne promise of closing the prison in Guantanamo Bay for Enemy Combatants has caused these radical rookies to scramble to find a suitable place to store some of the world’s most dangerous terrorists here within our very own borders of the continental United States.

Was not the war in Iraq and Afghanistan intended to ensure national security by preventing weapons of mass destruction and Islamic Muslim extremist terrorists from reaching our land to wreak the havoc and deadly destruction against our own citizen’s here on our own soil? Has this administration led by Barrack Husain Obama forgotten what happened on September 11th, 2001 so quickly? Our country does not need these super murderous villains’ on our soil. The best place for them was Guantanamo Bay away from us you idiots!
To add insult to injury, the only time these radicals in Washington even take the constitution into consideration is for the benefit of giving these murderous barbarians civil rights, to allow them to be tried in federal criminal courts with the same rights that are extended under the constitution to American civilians for those whose only purpose in life is to kill Americans. What kind of lunacy is that?
Now we American’s get to look forward to these terrorists coming to our cities to be tried in federal criminal courts, putting the safety of all citizen’s in danger of those Muslims who are already here that are loyal to radical Islam banning together in Jihad attacks against federal buildings, judges, jurists and those chosen to serve on the jury. Is the level of incompetence so low in this administration that they cannot foresee the dangers of such an asinine plan? Or is our president a Muslim himself and so crafty that he understands that the chances of acquittal would increase under the rules of law in a civilian criminal court as opposed to a rightful military tribunal?
Either way this insanity is extremely dangerous to our national security.

How is it that we have 535 members of Congress and 100 Senators and all but a very few are allowing political correctness to govern how they represent the people of this nation?
Why do so few of them, be it Republicans or members of the Double-Standard party have any backbone at all? Are not most of these member’s lawyers, even some former members of the military? Should they not know the Bill of Rights? They all have sworn an oath to uphold and protect the Constitution of the United States of America and yet do not stand for their right to free speech, and much less the free speech of their constituents.
It is truly sad that “We the People” sit by idly while the so called Representatives continuously allow or ignore the Constitution to the point of it being a meaningless document. They swore an oath to God and the people of this country to lead fairly under the direction of the Constitution and have turned their backs on its meaning. Meanwhile they in turn assume all power over us to do with as they will with nothing guiding them but the poisonous ideology of political correctness pushed by the radical far left members of the Double-Standard party.
You would have to live in a cave without any contact to the outside world to know that these politicians governed by political correctness only serve to protect the small fringe groups, select minorities, illegal aliens, foreign combatants, terrorists, criminals, and the freaky and kooky elements of society while totally condemning the American way of life, Christianity, and the mass majority of working class voters who do not fit the aforementioned members of society.
It is way past time that we as Americans demonstrate our anger at their cowardice of unprecedented proportions by systematically holding each and every one of them accountable by our voices and our votes. At the same time we need to voice our anger towards the mainstream media and news outlets that we will no longer accept they’re lies and leftwing agenda spun rhetoric. We should never allow ourselves to listen to any broadcast of propaganda driven by political correctness nor patronize any business or corporation that does so.
How much longer will we sleep and do nothing while they feverishly work hard day and night to strip us of every right we have as citizens in this country who rightly should hold the power?
Will we wait until we are their slaves before we try to break free from the shackles they so desperately want to confine us with?

The Latest Gun Control Attempt

Senator Frank Lautenberg D-NJ finds it necessary once again to limit American’s access to purchasing firearms by proposing legislation to close loopholes which allow Gun Shows to sell guns without a background check on the buyers and to provide certain information related to the weapon sold. The proposed legislation appears noble at a glance until you consider a few things. Anyone who is familiar with the 2nd Amendment which states

(Infringed- vb [Latin infringer] 1: Violate, Transgress 2: encroach, trespass.)

” A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.”

Does this legislation encroach on the rights of law abiding citizen’s? I believe it does. The whole point of this proposal according to Senator Lautenberg is to keep American’s safer from Terrorist and Felonious Criminals. ]

[WASHINGTON, DC – Sen. Frank R. Lautenberg (D-NJ), the author of legislation to close the gun show loophole, today applauded a City of New York investigation that exposed overwhelming evidence that criminals and terrorists can easily access firearms at gun shows.]

” This investigation reveals how easy it is for criminals and even terrorists to purchase firearms at gun shows and is further proof that we must close the gun show loophole,” stated Sen. Lautenberg. “It will be clear to anybody who reads this report that we have an urgent need and responsibility to require a background check for every gun purchased at every gun show. Closing this dangerous loophole is plain common sense that will make our communities and our country safer.”

But the Senator is assuming that Gun Shows are the only way criminals and terrorist are able to get firearms. Does he not realize that homes and vehicles are burglarized daily in which firearms are stolen by criminals and sold on the streets? What about illegal or stolen weapons that is imported into the United States via our open borders and other simple means?

One more serious question I have is where is the probable cause to restrict the sale or purchase of weapons of those who are buying and selling and are law abiding without violating any laws? Is this profiling? Are they suggesting that all involved in buying and selling firearms at a gun show a part of some criminal element? What about firearms bought and sold via the internet and classified ads?

“There is no rational reason to oppose closing the loophole. The reason it’s still not closed is simple: the continuing power of the special interest gun lobby in Washington,” Sen. Lautenberg said. “My legislation would require background checks for every gun purchased at every gun show across America and would help keep guns out of the hands of criminals. Without this change in the law, anyone – from felons to terrorists to fugitives – can buy a gun at a gun show, no questions asked. That needs to change.” Senator Frank Lautenberg

I believe all gun control laws are ineffective. The only people who are ever inconvenienced by them are law abiding citizen’s who wish to own a firearm for their own personal protection. The criminals just simply don’t care if they are illegal or not. A criminal violates all laws. They never have difficulty in obtaining a firearm. Did you know that guns are banned in China and yet they are experiencing a rising problem in China with gun violence?

I believe Senator Frank Lautenberg’s agenda to restrict law abiding citizens ability to purchase guns at a gun show is simply another attack on law abiding citizen’s right to keep and bear arms. Why don’t this Senator and the rest of the Senators who hate guns and gun owners find ways to cut off access to this country at its borders and focus on the real threats to this country? Why don’t they propose much stronger mandatory sentencing for criminals violating Gun Violence Laws and committing crimes with them and leave the law abiding citizen alone?

Who Protects the Protectors?

It is time the voters of this country collectively hold it’s politicians and lawmakers responsible and accountable for the runaway crime rate and purge society of it’s convicted repeat violent offenders.
The constitution we all have sworn to uphold has been weakened and adulterated to the point of its only usefulness is to liberate the criminal from penalties required for his crimes while victims and law abiding citizens are left with only the protection of a reactionary law enforcement force that is grossly out numbered by the criminal population. Law enforcement officers have a duty to act upon all crime while also being held to a perfect standard and being held accountable and liable for each and every split second decision and action against the most lawless of society.
The self defense of a law enforcement official is held to the highest standard of scrutiny while the rights of a criminal is protected and guarded as sacred regardless of his assault or murder of a police officer, let alone a citizen he is charged to protect.. Any assault against a law enforcement official should be regarded as an assault on the constitution of the united states of america, and all the citizens it was crafted to protect. Furthermore, any assault on a law enforcement official should be a federal offense with heavily imposed and strictly enforced penalties up to and including death for the murder of an officer. If the citizens of the united states truly have guaranteed civil rights, why are the ones who are charged with the duty to enforce those rights and protect the citizen from falling the victim of crime not given the protection of legislation that would impose stricter and more severe punishment including hard labor and restitution when convicted of violent crimes against a law enforcement official? After all, the assault or threat of assault against a police officer is an assault or threat against all citizens and the laws themselves.
The last several years been some of the deadliest years in law enforcement across the nation in the past 28 years. These deaths should not only alarm those in law enforcement, but also each and every citizen. How much longer will law enforcement be able to continue to hire capable and qualified candidates to fill these desperately needed positions when an already grossly underpaid and overworked police force nationwide continues to be preyed upon without thought by the ever increasing violent criminal offender who has better and more acurate weapons, and an ever increasing willingness to use them against the officers? As with the bargain basement salaries of local law enforcement officers continuing to fall far behind those salaries in the private job market, so does the lowering of standards and qualifications of candidates for law enforcement. The hiring pool for local law enforcement continues to shrink due to the lack of value society continues to ignore concerning the bare minimum rate of pay and lack of benefits that are awarded to those who are willing to accept the position, resulting in an increase of corruption in the profession. How much longer will we allow this to happen, and at what cost to us all?

This country will continue to be under siege until the American public demands that its citizens be protected from crime and terrorism and that its borders be properly and effectively guarded and protected. This must be the very first priority above all else if we continue to believe in and guarantee civil rights for all. After all, what good are civil rights and criminal laws when you live in constant fear of criminals committing crimes of violence at will? What good are laws that protect crimes against persons when the applicable penalties are ignored or bargained down to lesser charges and weaker sentences?
Every new generation breeds a more violent criminal population, yet more prisoners are pardoned and paroled to re-enter society with a stronger body and an increase in criminal sophistication to better victimize society. And the endless cycle continues and multiplies all in the name of prison overcrowding and civil rights, again trumping the safety and prosperity of law abiding citizens.
Building larger and more generic prisons that are self sufficient and maintained through the daily use of hard labor required of each prisoner serving every hour of his full sentence would both discourage crime and reduce the financial loss incured by crime drastically.
It may be argued that I am placing a greater value upon law enforcement victims over the non-law enforcement victim of violent crime. However, if you understand that laws are enacted by the will of the people for the greater good of all, then you should understand that the enforcement of those laws are necessary in order for them to be followed. This is what makes us a civilized society. In essence, law enforcement personnel are the will of the people in human form. The will of the people to be free and prosper in the pursuit of happines without becoming a victim. Therefore when law enforcement officials are violently attacked, everyone is symbolically attacked also.
Never before has the need to defend ourselves abroad and at home been greater. Never before has the individual responsibility of the people been greater to demand their personal safety from the most petty of criminals in your own neighborhood to the larger nationwide threats of illegal immigration and terrorism. Your voice and your votes matter and will be the deciding factor.

Silly Americans!

You built the greatest nation known to mankind. Perfect? No! But by far the best. You were not given the opportunity. No, your ancestors burdened by the Yoke of high taxes without representation, government controlled religion, and impossible regulations on earning a decent living drove them out of desperation to seek freedom elsewhere. They set sail to the world of the unknown and obscure uncivilized land to pursue the opportunity to live free, to worship free, to
make their own way, and to die free. The colonies of America were built from sweat, blood, tears, disease, and massacre to continue to be held under bondage of taxes to England. Their trade for survival taxed and pirated on the open seas forced them yet again to make a stand. Be free from oppression or die. Even then the politicians of New England pressed to compromise freedom and be held captive to the mercy of the King of England, yet others yearned to be free and were willing to die by casting off the yoke of bondage to England. The war of 1812 proved that Americans would battle against impossible odds to win their freedom and to pursue their own dream of competing within the world’s marketplace. Our forefathers not only stood up against the tyranny of England, but were willing to sacrifice all to live free without being enslaved by a governing body that only sought its own gain and power over the very people who produced the wealth.
Again, the forces of oppression and aggression within our own country raised its ugly head and brought brother against brother to arms leaving the dead of thousands upon thousands before reconstruction and eventual healing would again launch the American spirit to succeed.
Our nation, the most benevolent in the history of mankind has sent it’s young and strong as a gift to many other nations in the world wars to fight back and defeat tyranny and enslavement by evil dictators so they to could live to be free and pursue a life of happiness.
Communism, the ideology of evil to enslave a people to serve its captors was vigorously fought by our brave sons to ensure that freedom was not just for the American people, but for all of God’s children in as many nations as possible.
Now we find ourselves struggling from the worst economy since the great depression. Each working family producing only to forfeit more than half their earnings in an incredibly out of balance tax structure geared for the spoils of the elite and to care for those who refuse to contribute themselves. Our politicians that we choose to represent us in congress forgets the struggle of their constituents the moment the moment they arrive in Washington and quickly
become one of the elite. Taxation without representation becomes their
assignment and daily effort.
The working taxpayer is indoctrinated by the political system and is taught and led by the moral compass of political correctness. Our spirits that yearn to succeed and live by our own moral judgments are discouraged by accusations of greed, racism, and extreme religious views which offend those who do not agree.
Our once freedom of speech has been replaced with fear and reprisals in the form of black balling an individual or character assassination and public ridicule with the loss of the individuals job. Americans are unable to keep the country safe and protect its borders do to the fear of offending its very own enemy.
Our country has suffered unprecedented economic crisis due to the open border with Mexico which allows their poor to leave they’re oppression to come to our country to work without tax restrictions and all other expensive regulations so they can send they’re tax free earnings to they’re home country while we provide them with costly health care and other public services which leave our own poor lacking without available resources. Our border with Mexico is the gateway to
America for all other nations to send their terrorist to plot and destroy what they desire while our politicians turn their head as the taxpayer struggles with their burdens and fears.
We silly Americans allow our politicians and elected officials to boldly strip away our constitutional rights, take over private industry and banking institutions that cripple the common man in his potential to make his own way. We allow our
government to hide behind an unscientific principle or theory of environmental scare tactics so they can use it to burden large companies in order to regulate, tax, and fine them.
We silly Americans allow our government to even suggest that they
should interfere with our world leading available medical care so that they can remove our freedom of choice from our health care in order to rob us of more tax money while they in turn give us less quality care and have control over our major medical options when need be.
We Americans sit back comfortably as our elected officials strip us of our constitutional rights and give them to our enemy combatants that killed our children during war and allow them to be turned loose on American streets with full constitutional rights and passage.
We silly Americans allow our government to regulate our right to bear arms so that one day soon they will seperate them from us so that we cannot ensure that our government will not enslave us.
We silly Americans sit back on our lazy behinds and become carelessly idle as our government continues to allow large scale voting fraud and practices to continue to strip us of our power to choose our own leader, furthermore the government continues to try to make voting legal for illegal aliens and felonious criminals.
We silly Americans sit back and let our politicians accuse us of being un-American when we do not agree with their elitist goals for our future.
We silly Americans do nothing during our toughest economic challenges while our president effects the largest payoff for his presidency in the history of politics with our hard earned tax dollars to union thugs and numerous social agenda’s that do nothing to profit the economic situation. And they title this act of theft and payoff a “Stimulus Package” to rub it in the nose of the American
Taxpayer.

We do nothing!

How much longer will we be silly Americans and just give up all that was paid for through centuries of spilled American blood?
